Situated off the A1167 adjacent to the Swan Leisure Centre and approx 1 mile from Berwick town centre, our situation is ideal for golfing, fishing, cycling or touring around Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

We can accommodate 6 guests. Two of our rooms are en-suite, one has private facilities. All with colour TV, tea and coffee facilities, hand dryers and digital clock radios.
